Pappardelle Al Cinghiale
Our cuisine features a large selection of fresh hand made and hand cut pastas, all produced according to the old Italian tradition and with the use of specially-milled flour imported from Italy. You will be able to actually watch at our “Pasta Station” hand made pasta being made right before your eyes, and then taste the exquisite texture that fresh pasta provides.
Amongst all the several Pasta dishes we have proposed since our opening on December 2005 our Pappardelle al Cinghiale has won most popularity. (photo to the right)
A fresh wide cut egg pasta is served tossed with our Italian imported wild boar infused with a fresh mix of herbs in a delicate tomato sauce.
